Pillars & Co respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. It applies under the Gibraltar General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2004.

Who we are

Pillars & Co, Gibraltar, is the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us about privacy at any time at info@pillarsandco.gi.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

• When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, your area of interest and your message.
• When you call, email or WhatsApp us: your contact details and whatever you tell us.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own site, so visiting a page does not send your details to other companies.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you ask for. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We never sell your information or use it for marketing.

Who processes it for us

• Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives and stores enquiry form submissions on our behalf. Submissions are screened for spam by Akismet, a service Netlify uses.
• Our email provider delivers enquiry notifications and our correspondence with you.
• If you contact us by WhatsApp, your messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Some of these providers are based outside Gibraltar, including in the United States. Where information is transferred abroad, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can follow up and refer back to previous conversations, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Email info@pillarsandco.gi and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Gibraltar Regulatory Authority, the data protection supervisory authority, at www.gra.gi.
